Self Control

É mais válido dominar a si mesmo que dominar uma nação inteira.

E é muito mais difícil!! O auto conhecimento é fundamental para atingir o auto controle e consequentemente a Paz Interior. Tem uma regra para conseguir isso? Não. Cada pessoa trabalha esse lado da maneira que achar melhor. Meditação, Ginástica, Igreja, Terapia, entre outras. Coisas positivas nos traz energia, e com energia conseguimos lidar melhor com as situações difíceis. Que na maioria das vezes são situações pequenas que se tornam grandes devido a falta de auto controle. Contar até 10 também é uma ótima opção :)) Boa semana!

And it’s much harder!!! Self knowledge is essential to achieve Self control, and consequently, the Inner peace. Is there any rule how to get this? No. Each person works on it the way they feel better. Meditation, Sports, Church, Therapy, or something else. Positive things brings energy, and with energy we can handle smoother hard situations. Which most of the times are small situations that become bigger due to lack of Self control. Count until 10 is also a good choice :)) Have a good week!
